We adopt the latest and easiest techniques and principles regarding provisional fees and leave you; our esteemed customers; the right to choose what suits you from those principles by giving you complete freedom to choose one of the following contracting methods:
1. Employment contract in hours namely that the office shell receive the amount paid for every hour worked. The hour fees are determined according to the degree of adviser or lawyer undertaking the legal action.
2. The office receives a percentage to be determined at the time of contracting.
3. The office shall receive a lump sum monthly or yearly to be agreed upon in advance including the provision of all legal service to the client.
4. The office receives a par-agreed amount in two installments in the proceedings of a regular nature.
A special feature provided by the office to contractors among our clients consisting in providing them with any amendment made on any of the laws in force in the Sultanate, in both Arabic and English.
